Is the Artwork Original?
Yes, all artwork is created by Artist Emma Peers who owns all rights to the art.
Do you offer commissions?
Absolutely! I would love to work with you to create something just for you. Get in touch for a chat.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, I work with clients all over the world on different projects. A full range of design services are available, check out my Design Portfolio and contact me to discuss your project.
How much is shipping?
All shipping is calculated at checkout For a quote feel free to get in touch.
How long does shipping take?
All orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
If you order more than 1 item they may be shipped separately.
For Commissions or Pet Portraits please contact me to find out when my next available spot is. Turnaround time is typically 3 weeks from agreed start date.
Packaging
A4 Prints will come flat packed.
For sizes above A4 your print will come in a tube - (US your print will be packaged in a triangular/rectangular tube)
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes - please get in touch if you would be interested in being a stockist and I can send you out some information.
Do you accept returns?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 12 days for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Please note the customer is considered responsible for any return shipping costs.
Pet portraits and commissions cannot be returned. I will always work with you to ensure you are happy with the final product before it is sent to you.
